Exchange & Return Policy

At Malaabis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we operate as an online-only store, we have a specific process for exchanges and returns to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

7-Day Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 7-day exchange policy if the product you received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect.

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel via WhatsApp with photos or a video of the issue.

How to Process an Exchange

  • Since we do not have a physical shop, all exchanges are handled via courier.

  • You will need to send the item back to our warehouse address (which will be provided upon request).

  • Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will dispatch your new product.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • If a product is returned in a used or damaged state by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Size Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue, it will be subject to stock availability.

  • In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the delivery charges for the new parcel.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • A refund is only processed in the rare case that the item you ordered is out of stock or has a major manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a Sale or Clearance event are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are received in a damaged condition.
