Exchange & Return Policy
At Malaabis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since we operate as an online-only store, we have a specific process for exchanges and returns to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy if the product you received is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is incorrect.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel via WhatsApp with photos or a video of the issue.
How to Process an Exchange
Since we do not have a physical shop, all exchanges are handled via courier.
You will need to send the item back to our warehouse address (which will be provided upon request).
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will dispatch your new product.
Conditions for Exchange
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
If a product is returned in a used or damaged state by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
Size Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue, it will be subject to stock availability.
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the delivery charges for the new parcel.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds.
A refund is only processed in the rare case that the item you ordered is out of stock or has a major manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a Sale or Clearance event are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are received in a damaged condition.
