How can I place an order?

Simply select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. (Agar aap card leti hain toh wo bhi mention kar dein).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since we are an online-only store, we process orders quickly. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your city.

Do you have a physical shop for returns?

No, we are a purely Online Store. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours for an exchange.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an automated confirmation email and a WhatsApp message from our team once your order is successful.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!

What if I receive a faulty product?

Since we don’t have a physical shop, we ensure strict quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged item, please send us a video/photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours for an immediate exchange.

Are the colors same as shown in the pictures?

We use professional lighting for shoots; however, colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and settings.

How should I wash my embroidered dresses?
  • To maintain the quality of the lace and embroidery, we strictly recommend Dry Clean only or a very gentle hand wash.
