Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is only considered “Confirmed” after a verification call or WhatsApp message from our team.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is dispatched to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery & Shipping
We offer Free Shipping nationwide. While we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.
